Dear Sir or Madam:
On behalf of the Virginia Geriatrics Society, we invite you to join us in Williamsburg for our 23rd Annual Virginia Geriatrics Conference. The Virginia Geriatrics Conference will be held April 27-29, 2011 at Hilton Hotel & Spa (Short Pump) in historic Richmond, Virginia.
This meeting offers an exceptional opportunity to develop relationships with Primary Care Physicians, Geriatricians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Pharmacists while educating them about your products and services.
The following interactions have been scheduled for the Exhibit Hall:
- Daily breakfast for exhibitors and conference attendees
- Daily coffee breaks for exhibitors and conference attendees
- Lunch on Friday and Saturday for exhibitors and conference attendees
In order to maximize interactions between conference attendees and exhibitors, participants are given a card each day with a list of all exhibitors. Attendees are encouraged to go to each exhibitor and get their card signed. Once they have visited all of the exhibits for that day, they will be entered into a contest to win one of several gifts. Thus, each day roughly 200 + prescribers will be vying for your attention.

If you would like to participate in this year’s conference, please consider these options:
- Exhibit booths -for one or two days
- Supporting a speaker (includes honorarium plus travel expenses)
- Being a recognized sole supporter for a breakfast, break, or lunch
(All supporters of breakfast, breaks, or lunch will be acknowledged in the course syllabus and by signs placed around the food and drinks.)
